摘  要:第二炼钢厂装备3座100 t顶底复吹转炉,在实际的冶炼过程中,由于操作、渣系、原料配比的不完善,以及补炉方法的单一,导致3座100 t转炉平均炉龄偏短,未达到经济炉龄的目标。本文根据第二炼钢厂的实际情况,通过优化冶炼操作、提高溅渣效果、强化炉型测量、采用多途径补炉方法加强炉况维护。创造了转炉炉衬寿命22352炉的最高炉龄,耐材消耗大幅度降低。Steel-making plant No.2 is equipped with 3 sets of 100 tons top-bottom blowing converters which had relatively short furnace campaign on average due to the improper operation,slag forming and raw material proportioning as well as single fettling method during the smelting process,therefore,the goal of economic furnace campaign was not reached.Steel-making plant No.2 strengthened the stabilization of converter condition based on its actual conditions by optimizing smelting operation,enhancing slag splashing effect,intensifying the furnace profile measurement and adopting multiple fettling methods,and had recorded the converter lining life with 22,352 heats with the significant reductions of refractory consumption as well as breaking the record of the furnace campaign.
