摘　　要：目的比较吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP)与紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP)一线治疗晚期三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的效果。方法选取2015年7月～2017年7月我院收治的44例晚期TNBC患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为GP组和TP组,每组各22例。GP组给予吉西他滨联合顺铂方案进行化疗,TP组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂方案进行化疗。两组治疗均以21 d为1个疗程,共治疗6个疗程,每治疗2个疗程后评价比较两组的临床效果和毒副反应。结果两组治疗2个疗程的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TP组治疗4、6个疗程时的总有效率高于GP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗的毒副反应方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吉西他滨联合顺铂与紫杉醇联合顺铂一线治疗晚期TNBC的毒副作用相当,但紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗的临床效果更佳,适宜作为晚期TNBC的一线化疗方案。Objective To compare the efficacy of Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin (GP)and Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin (TP)in the treatment of advanced triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods A total of 44patients with advanced TNBC admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as study subjects.According to random digital table method,they were randomly divided into the GP group and the TP group,22 patients in each group.The GP group was treated with Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin regimen,and the TP group was treated with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin regimen.Two groups were treated with 21 days as a course of treatment,a total of 6 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy and side effects were compared after two courses of treatment between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment (P>0.05).In the course of 4,6 treatment,the total effective rate in the TP group were higher than that in the GP group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in side effects between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin and Paclitaxel com- bined with Cisplatin have the same toxicity in'the treatment of advanced TNBC,but Paclitaxel combined with.Cisplatin has better clinical efficacy and is suitable for first-line chemotherapy of advanced TNBC?
