摘　　要：单相抑郁与双相障碍皆有抑郁发作,两者难以区分。现结合国内外相关研究,从单双相抑郁的临床现象学角度对两者的鉴别及诊断进行综述。Unipolar depression and bipolar disorder both have depressive episodes,and the two are indistinguishable.This article reviews the diagnosis of unipolar and bipolar depression from the perspective of clinical phenomenology,combined with relevant research at home and abroad.
