摘 要:针对沥青路面坑槽修补后由于修补材料与原路面材料间粘结力不足、易导致在结合面处产生破坏此类病害,从修补粘结料入手,分别选用水性环氧乳化沥青(WEA)型、水泥水性环氧乳化沥青(CWEA)型粘结料和SBS改性乳化沥青粘结料作为对比,进行不同温度、撒布剂量下的剪切试验与拉拔试验。研究表明:随撒布剂量的增加,粘结料的剪切强度和拉拔强度均呈现先增加后减小的趋势;粘结料的温度敏感性较强,WEA型粘结料适宜于低温地区的坑槽修补,而CWEA型粘结料更适宜于高温地区;剪切强度与拉拔强度呈线性相关关系。For pothole repair,bond between repairing materials and original pavement is the weakest part in the structure.Repaired asphalt pavement potholes are likely to be destroyed through the bonding surface.Aimed to solve this problem,two kinds of bonding material named WEA and CWEA were invented and used.SBS modified emulsified asphalt was used as the controlled repairing bonding material.Shearing and pulling-off tests were conducted at different temperatures and spreading contents.Test results illustrate that the material strengths increase first and decrease with the increase of spreading contents.Temperature sensibility of the bonding materials is remarkable.WEA is suitable to serve as pothole repair bonding materials in low temperature zones.CWEA can better play a role in high temperature regions.Correlativity between shearing strength and pulling-off strength is found to be linear.
