摘 要:研究了黄原胶的用量对600g/L吡虫啉水悬浮剂流变性的影响。分别以黄原胶添加量为2%、3%、4%制备600g/L的吡虫啉水悬浮剂,静态流变特性测定结果表明,在实验范围内,在不同黄原胶含量的悬浮剂的流变模型为Herschel-Bulkley模型。在相同流动方式下随着黄原胶的添加量增加,水悬浮剂的粘度增加,屈服值τ0变大,流变行为指数n变小,假塑性现象越来越明显,表明黄原胶是良好的结构调节剂。其中以黄原胶用量为4%制备的吡虫啉水悬浮剂黏度适中,经冷热贮后仍为假塑性流体,效果最佳。The effect of the content of xanthan gum on the rheological of 600 g/L imidacloprid aqueous suspension was studied. The Imidacloprid 600 g/L SC were prepared with the content of xanthan gum by 2% 、3% 、4% respectively. The results of static rheological properties test showed that the rheological model of SC with different xanthan gum content was Herschel-Bulkley model. At the same shearing flow with the increase of xanthan gum content,the viscosity and the yield value τ0 increased with the content of xanthan gum increasing,but the flow behavior index n was decreasing,and the trend of pseudoplasticity phenomenon was increasing apparently,which indicates that xanthan gum is a good structural regulator. The best imidacloprid 600 g/L SC with appropriate viscosity was obtained with 4% xanthan gum used,and it was still a pseudoplastic fluid trough cold and thermal storage.
