摘  要:探讨发酵床养猪模式下寄生虫病防控效果,构建寄生虫病防控规程。将发生寄生虫病的表层垫料混匀,添加4组发酵床表层,将60头35日龄苏钟猪随机分为4组:A组(垫料翻耙后进猪,定期药物驱虫2次)、B组(垫料堆积发酵后进猪)、C组(垫料发酵后进猪,定期药物驱虫2次)、D组(垫料翻耙后进猪,感染寄生虫时药物治疗1次),试验期120 d。垫料堆积发酵组垫料发酵温度极显著高于垫料翻耙组(P<0.01),并且堆积发酵后垫料中未检出寄生虫卵,试验第45、90天在垫料和粪便中的蛔虫卵、鞭虫卵、球虫卵数量均处于低水平;采用药物驱虫程序可有效降低猪粪便中的蛔虫卵、鞭虫卵、球虫卵数量和对应寄生虫的感染率,但不能避免垫料中寄生虫的重复感染; B、C组末重、总增重、平均日增重均显著高于A组(P<0.05)和D组(P<0.01),A组末重、总增重、平均日增重也均显著高于D组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在发酵床养猪模式下,采用进猪前药物驱虫、垫料堆积发酵,猪群饲养阶段定期驱虫,同时注意养殖管理器具消毒,可有效降低寄生虫感染率。To study the effect of parasite control in bio-bed system and to establish a parasitic control program.The surface litter of the fermentation bed where parasitic disease occured was selected and mixed into the surface layer of the tested pigpen fermentation bed.60 35-day-old Suzhong pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups:group A(Rotary litter before entering the pig,regular drug deworming 2 times),group B(litter fermentation treatment before entering the pig),group C(litter fermentation treatment before entering the pig,regular drug deworming 2 times),group D(Rotary litter before entering the pig and the parasitic drug treatment 1 time),the test period is 120 d.The fermentation temperature of litter in the litter accumulation fermentation group was significantly higher than that in the rotary litter group(P<0.01),and no parasite eggs were detected in the litter after the fermentation,at the 45 th and 90 th day of the test the number of ascaris eggs,whipworm eggs and coccidia eggs in the litter and pig manure was low.The drug deworming procedure can effectively reduce the number of ascaris eggs,whipworm eggs,coccidia eggs in pig manure and corresponding parasite infection rate,but can not avoid repeated infection of parasites in the litter.The final weight,total weight gain and average daily gain of group B and C are significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05) and group D(P<0.01).The final weight,total weight gain and average daily gain of group A were also significantly higher than those of group D(P<0.05).In the bio-bed pig raising mode,the drug deworming and litter accumulation fermentation before transfer,and the regular drug deworming during the feeding stage,and the disinfection of the culture management equipment effectively reduce the occurrence of parasitic diseases.
