摘  要:针对异步电机机械特性比较软,非晶带材精度很难达到系统要求的问题,提出使用永磁同步电机卷取伺服系统实现收卷的精度误差小于2%的方法。介绍非晶生产线带材抓取和卷取的工艺过程和要求,通过对三项异步电机和永磁同步电机的机械特性曲线精度对比,对采用双闭环控制的永磁同步电机卷取伺服系统进行理论分析。实际应用过程中的生产数据验证了理论计算的正确性,证明永磁同步电机伺服系统达到了精确的收卷效果,使得系统精度误差小于2%。In view of the mechanical characteristics of asynchronous motor was soft, amorphous strip accuracy was hard to meet the system requirements, coiling servo system using permanent magnet synchronous motor in winding was presented to realize the accuracy error less than 2%. Amorphous strip production line were introduced to grab and coiling process and requirements, through the three asynchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor mechanical characteristic curve compared precision, to adopt double closed-loop control winding of the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system through theoretical was analyzed. The results show that the actual production data to validate the correctness of the theoretical calculation, permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system achieve the precise winding effect, the system precision error is less than 2%.
