德国“职业教育4.0”对高职院校材料成型与控制技术专业建设的启示

摘　　要：介绍了德国"工业4.0"战略下德国"职业教育4.0"的数字化发展。面对数字化职业能力需求的挑战,通过分析德国"职业教育4.0"的发展特征和毕业生培养质量评价报告,探讨了高职类材料成型与控制技术专业的学生培养目标和毕业要求、课程体系、支撑条件和师资队伍的专业数字化建设的更新举措,为数字化时代背景下我国高职类材料成型与控制技术专业建设提供有益的参考。The digital development of Vocational Education 4.0 under the German strategy of Industry 4.0 was presented. Facing the challenge of digital occupational skills, the development characteristics of Vocational Education 4.0 and graduate training quality evaluation report had been analyzed. The digital updating explorations of student training target and graduation requirement, course system, supporting conditions and teaching staff had been investigated. These major digital constructions will provide beneficial reference for the material forming and control technology major construction of higher vocation institute under the background of digitalization.
