摘  要:随着社会进步和生活水平的提高,人民群众对健康的关注程度日益提高,法治意识逐渐增强,而综合医院配套的制度和改革步伐却没有及时跟上日益增长的人民群众对健康的需求。综合医院医师超负荷的工作,医师的人文诊疗思维及医疗卫生服务质量发展缓慢,这些都是诱发医患矛盾潜在的因素。综合医院的临床工作中构成医患矛盾的因素很多,医患沟通障碍是引起医患矛盾的主要原因。本文就综合医院产生医患沟通障碍的原因,综合医院临床各科医患沟通的特点,建立医患沟通质量评价的重要性及伦理学问题等进行全面综述。因此笔者认为:在医患之间建立良好的沟通质量评价制度,发现医患沟通的服务质量问题,及时干预,能降低医疗纠纷的发生率。改善当前的医患沟通状况需要政府、社会、医方、患者等多方努力,改善医患关系,有利于促进医疗卫生事业健康、良性的发展。With the improvement of social progress and living standard,people's needs for health and the service quality of medical and health care institutions are increasing,and the awareness of the rule of law has gradually increased.However,the supporting systems and reforms of general hospitals have not kept up with the growing health needs of the people.There are many potential factors contributing to the contradiction between doctors and patients in the clinical work of general hospitals,including the overload of consciousness,slow development of humanistic thinking of physicians in diagnosis and treatment and the quality of medical and health services.Among them,the barrier of doctor-patient communication is the main course to the contradiction.This article will provide a comprehensive overview of the causes of communication barriers between doctors and patients in general hospitals,the characteristics of communication between doctors and patients in general hospitals,and the importance of ethical communication quality assessment and ethical issues.We believe that the establishment of a good communication quality evaluation system between doctors and patients,the discovery of service quality problems of doctor-patient communication and timely intervention can reduce the incidence of medical disputes.The improvement of doctor-patient communication needs the efforts of government,society,doctors,patients.The improvement of the doctor-patient relationship is conducive to promoting the healthy and benign development of the medical and health undertakings.
