双重网络嵌入、双元创业学习与海归创业企业成长关系研究

摘　　要：已有研究表明本土网络嵌入与海外网络嵌入均对海归创业企业成长具有重要的促进作用,鲜有研究探讨双重网络嵌入影响海归创业企业成长的内在作用机制。整合社会网络理论与创业学习理论视角,构建了双重网络嵌入、双元创业学习与海归创业企业成长之间关系的概念模型。基于苏南地区8家国家级留创园内227家海归创业企业的问卷调查数据,运用层级线性回归和结构方程建模等方法对模型进行了实证检验。研究结果表明,双重网络嵌入对海归创业企业成长具有显著的正向影响;双元创业学习在双重网络嵌入对海归创业企业成长的影响中发挥显著的中介作用,其中利用式创业学习在本土网络嵌入与海归创业企业成长之间关系中发挥的中介效应显著强于探索式创业学习,探索式创业学习在海外网络嵌入与海归创业企业成长之间关系中发挥的中介效应显著强于利用式创业学习。研究结果打开了双重网络嵌入影响海归创业企业成长的过程黑箱,对我国海归创业企业如何有效地嵌入双重网络来获得成长也具有一定的启示作用。Existing studies indicate that both local network embeddedness and overseas network embeddedness have significantly positive effect on the growth of returnee entrepreneurial firms, but the internal mechanism of dual network embeddedness affecting the growth of returnee entrepreneurial firms is still unclear. This paper integrates social network theory and entrepreneurial learning theory to construct a conceptual model on the relationship among dual network embeddedness, ambidextrous entrepreneurial learning and the growth of returnee entrepreneurial firms. Then this paper empirically testifies the conceptual model by using both hierarchical linear regression and structural equation modeling methods based on the questionnaire data of 227 returnee entrepreneurial firms from 8 national-level returnee entrepreneurial park in the south of Jiangsu province. The results show that dual network embeddedness has a significantly positive impact on the growth of returnee entrepreneurial firms and ambidextrous entrepreneurial learning plays a significant mediating role on the relationship between dual network embeddedness and the growth of returnee entrepreneurial firms. Moreover, the mediating effect of exploitative entrepreneurial learning on the relationship between local network embeddedness and the growth of returnee entrepreneurial firms is stronger than exploratory entrepreneurial learning while the mediating effect of exploratory entrepreneurial learning on the relationship between overseas network embeddedness and the growth of returnee entrepreneurial firms is stronger than exploitative entrepreneurial learning. The research result opens the black box of the effect of dual network embeddedness on the growth of returnee entrepreneurial firms and also has great implication for Chinese returnee entrepreneurial firms to embed dual networks to achieve growth.
