摘  要:目的:为黄柏饮片的储藏提供适合的条件,以保证中药饮片质量的稳定。方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定不同包装材料、不同温度、湿度及时间等条件下黄柏饮片中小檗碱和黄柏碱含量。结果:相同条件下,不同包装材料的黄柏饮片中指标性成分的含量不同;温度、湿度、时间对黄柏饮片中黄柏碱和小檗碱的含量影响差异不显著。结论:黄柏饮片在储藏过程中应根据包装材料的不同合理制定储藏条件,以保证黄柏饮片的质量。Objective:To provide suitable conditions for the storage of Phellodendri decoction pieces to ensure the quality stability of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods:The content of berberine and phellodendron in Phellodendri decoction pieces was determined by using high performance liquid chromatography with different packaging materials,temperature,humidity and time.Results:Under the same conditions,the content of index components in different packaging materials was different.The effects of temperature,humidity and time on the content of phellodendron and berberine in Phellodendri decoction pieces were not significant. Conclusion:The storage conditions of Phellodendri pieces should be reasonably determined according to the different packaging materials during storage to ensure the quality of Phellodendri decoction pieces.
