摘 要:随着上海城市电网电缆化率不断提高,电网无功电压面临的问题已由高峰时段容性无功不足电压偏低变为低谷时段容性无功盈余电压偏高问题。要求用户配置电抗器来平衡电源进线无功,减轻电网无功平衡的压力;指出了用户配置电抗器后,在现有无功管理考核方式下,用户功率因数无法达到考核标准的问题;研究了新形势下用户配置电抗器的容量需求,并对无功管理考核办法调整进行了探讨。With the development of the times,the cable-electricity rate of Shanghai urban power grids has been continuously improved.The problem of reactive power voltage in Shanghai power grid has been changed from the low voltage of capacitive reactive power to low voltage during the peak period.The new situation requires users to configure reactors to balance the power supply line reactive power and reduce the pressure on the grid reactive power balance.However,after the user configures the reactor,the user power factor cannot meet the assessment criteria under the existing reactive power management assessment mode.This paper studies the capacity requirements of user-configured reactors under the new situation,and discusses the adjustment of reactive management assessment methods.
