共同体理念下的历史建筑活化利用策略探析——以栎斜杨氏宗祠为例

摘　　要：不少历史建筑存在产权复杂、用途复杂、修缮不到位、结构安全存在隐患等问题,导致保护和利用陷入困境。借助共同体理念,认为把监管方、所有权方和参与公众方等历史建筑涉及的共同体积极性调动起来,奉献力量,提供保障,形成合力,是历史建筑活化利用的关键所在。文章结合栎斜杨氏宗祠案例加以说明。Many historical buildings have problems such as complex property rights, complex applications, inadequate repairs and hidden dangers of structural safety, which lead to be put in a tight spot of protection and utilization. With the help of community conception, it is considered that the key is to mobilize the enthusiasms of government regulatory departments, the owners and the public involved in historical buildings to dedicate strength, provide support and form a joint force. In end, a case study of Yang's ancestral hall of Lixie village is illustrated.
