摘  要:以某一新型110kV混压窄基角钢塔为对象,研究了螺栓连接间隙对输电塔力学性能的影响。通过考虑输电塔结构杆件之间螺栓连接细节,分别建立整体结构刚架力学模型和节点结构三维实体单元模型。然后将刚架模型与节点三维实体模型进行耦合连接,建立了角钢塔整体结构和节点局部结构的多尺度有限元分析模型。采用有限元法,对多尺度结构模型和纯刚架结构模型进行了力学分析,通过对两个结构模型计算结果的对比分析,并将有限元计算结果与足尺模型试验结果进行比较,验证了多尺度结构模型的合理性。在多尺度模型的基础上,通过改变边坡节点部位螺栓连接间隙,研究了不同螺栓间隙下节点结构的变形和应力强度。The effect of bolt clearance to mechanical properties of transmission tower was studied based on a mixed-voltage narrow-base angle steel tower in an 110kV transmission line engineering.A rigid-framed model and a three-dimensional (3D)solid model,in which the details of the bolted eonneetion among the members were eonsidered in the tower,were established,respeetively.Muhi-seale analysis model of the whole structure and local structure of joint of angle steel tower were established by coupling the rigid frame model with the 3D solid model of the joint.The multi-scale strueture model and the pure frame strueture model were analyzed by finite element method,respectively. Through the comparative analysis of the computed results among the rigid-framed model calculation,multi-scale model calculation and full-scale model test, the reasonability of the multi-scale structural model was verified.Based on the multi-scale model,the .deformation and stress strength of the joint structure under different bolt clearances were studied by changing the bolting gaps at the joint on the slope position.
