摘  要:针对锅炉汽包水位非线性、大扰动、纯滞后的特性以及存在虚假水位的问题,基于数据驱动控制(DDC)理论,采用无模型自适应控制(MFAC)算法,设计了锅炉汽包水位该串级控制方案,并将MFAC-PID控制方案在分散控制系统中用语言编程实现控制算法,应用于半实物锅炉仿真系统。实验结果表明:MFAC-PID控制系统可以及时消除蒸汽流量和给水流量的干扰,较好地克服了虚假水位现象,能够使汽包水位快速达到稳定运行要求,从而对锅炉汽包水位实现了有效控制。Boiler drum water level has the characteristic of non-linearity,large disturbance time-delay,and is prone to produce false water level.On the basis of data driven control (DDC)theory,model-free adaptive control &the proportional-integral-derivative control (MFAC-PID)cascade control scheme for drum water level is designed by adopting MFAC algorithm.MFAC-PID control scheme is applied in distributed control system with language program to realize control algorithm,and is applied in semi physical boiler simulation system. The experimental results show MFAC -PID control system can eliminate disturbances of steam flow and feed water flow in time.False water level is overcome well.The control system makes the drum water level reach stable operation requirement quickly.The boiler drum water level can be effectively controlled.
