摘 要:目的:分析比较Osstell^(TM)和Periotest~系统测量种植体稳定性。方法:选取73例患者,共植入118颗种植体;均使用Osstell^(TM)和Periotest~系统分别测量种植体植入时和修复前的稳定性,并获取两系统相应的种植体稳定系数(implant stability quotient,ISQ)值和牙周动度值(periotest value,PTV)。结果:植入时和修复前的ISQ值依次为:(71. 68±6. 07)、(72. 05±7. 26); PTV平均值依次为:(-5. 44±2. 55)、(-5. 57±3. 02)。植入时ISQ与PTV相关系数r=-0. 91,P=0. 00;修复前ISQ与PTV相关系数r=-0. 94,P=0. 00。结论:Osstell^(TM)和Periotest~系统均可较好的评价种植体稳定性,二者测量值具有显著相关性。Objective: To explore the clinical application of the Osstell^TM system and Periotest? system in evaluating the stability of dental implants. Methods: A total of 73 patients with 118 implants were included. The Osstell^TM system and Periotest? system were utilized for measuring the primary and secondary stability of implants. The corresponded implant stability quotient( ISQ) and periotest value( PTV) were documented. Results: The ISQ value of primary and secondary stability were( 71. 68 ± 6. 07) and( 72. 05 ± 7. 26) , respectively. The PTV value of primary and secondary stability were( - 5. 44 ± 2. 55) and( - 5. 57 ± 3. 02) , respectively. The correlation coefficient of primary and secondary stability between ISQ and PTV value were-0. 91 and-0. 94,respectively. The correlation was statistically significant. Conclusion: Both Osstell^TM system and Periotest? system could measure the stability of implants efficiently. There was a significant correlation between the measured values of these two systems.
