摘　　要：医教协同、深化师承教育政策的颁布为中医药高等教育带来了深刻的变革和影响。从人才培养的角度,通过对中医思维培养、院校与师承教育的结合、中医药文化的继承与创新等影响中医人才培养的关键问题的思考,介绍了我校在思维传承、技能传承和文化传承方面的探索与实践。The training of TCM thinking,combination of institutional education and disciple education and inheritance and innovation of TCM culture are deeply thought from the aspect of talent cultivation.The exploration and practice in inheritance of TCM thinking,skills and culture,practiced in Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine,are introduced.
