摘　　要：关于外商直接投资(FDI)引进质量与长三角区域环境污染的相关程度,首先对FDI引进质量进行计量,其结果为自变量、六种污染物为因变量和影响环境的指标为控制变量,以此构建FDI引进质量与环境污染理论分析框架。其次基于2003—2016年长三角区域面板数据,采用固定和随机效应回归模型,对样本组进行定性分析。最后得出以外资平均规模、技术水平和出口拉动表述的FDI引进质量对环境污染的影响显著为负,表明FDI引进质量对环境污染有改善效应,支持"污染光环"假说。基于分析结果探讨性提出FDI引进质量对长三角区域环境污染的改善建议:把控FDI项目审批,鼓励多元化外资,引导外资流向等。Regarding the correlation between the quality of FDI import and environmental pollution in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper firstly measures the quality of FDI import.The results are independent variables,six pollutants are dependent variables and indicators affecting environment are controlled variables.Above is the theory analysis framework of FDI import quality and environmental pollution.Secondly,based on the panel data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2003 to 2016,the fixed and random effects regression model is used to analyze the sample group quantitatively.Finally,it is concluded that the import quality of FDI,expressed by the average scale of foreign capital,technical level and export pull,has a significant negative impact on environmental pollution,indicating that the import quality of FDI has an improvement effect on environmental pollution and supporting the "pollution halo"hypothesis.Based on the analysis results,some suggestions are put forward to improve the environmental pollution in the Yangtze River Delta region by importing FDI quality,such as examining and approving the control of FDI projects,encouraging diversification of foreign capital and guiding the flow of foreign capital.
