摘 要:道路工程生态损益分为生态功能损益和经济社会损益两个部分,生态功能损益包括岩土过程生态功能损益、景观过程生态功能损益和运营过程生态功能损益三个方面,经济社会损益包括民众福祉损益、业主损益和政府损益三个方面。分析道路工程生态损益驱动过程及特征,探讨驱动力及度量方式,构建驱动路径和驱动网络,可为道路工程生态补偿主客体界定、途经研究及价值核算提供理论依据,促进道路建设事业和生态环境保护的协调可持续发展。The ecological profit and loss of road engineering can be divided into two parts:ecological function profit and loss and economic and social profit and loss.Ecological function profit and loss includes 3 aspects:ecological function profit and loss of rock and soil process,landscape process,and operation process.Economic and social profit and loss also includes 3 aspects:profit and loss of well-being of people,owner’s interests,and government’s interests.Analyzing driving processes and characteristics of ecological profit and loss of road engineering,exploring driving force and measurement and building driving path and driving network,which can provide theoretical basis for the definition of subject and object,research of methods and accounting of value of ecological compensation for road engineering,promoting coordinated and sustainable development of road construction and ecological environment protection.
