摘 要:目的:实现对现有各病案质量控制环节信息的整合,促进病案质量问题改进工作流程的优化,提高临床医师对问题反馈的响应及时性,达到病案质量持续改进。方法:依托信息系统构建病案问题的登记、反馈、督导、统计分析的病案质量问题管理系统,实现病案问题改进全流程的信息化。结果:经过实际应用测试,实现了对病案质量问题管理、追踪、督导改进工作的有力支持,提高了问题响应的及时性。结论:病案质量问题管理系统的应用,实现了病案质量问题信息的标准化、规范化,使病案质量改进流程得以优化,提高了管理效率与水平。Objective: To realize the integration of information in all departments of quality control, optimization of the working process, reducing of the response time of clinicians, and the achievement of the continuous improvement of quality. Methods: Realizes system based on HIS that contains many functions such as problems registration, supervision, feedback, and analysis, to achieve informatization of entire work flow. Results: After practical application, it is proofed that the system can strong support for medical record quality management, tracking, supervision and improvement work and improving the timeliness of problem response. Conclusion: The application of the medical record question management system has realized the standardization and normalization of medical record quality information, improved the quality improvement process, and improved the management efficiency and level.
