摘　　要：目的:通过信息化教学管理系统的建设,探索护理教学管理新模式。方法:结合医院护理教学现存问题,借鉴教学路径、院内学分制管理等理念,建设一套基于SaaS模式的护理教学综合管理系统。结果:变革了传统教学管理模式,实现护理教学由计划到过程到结果到落实分析的统一综合管理。结论:教学管理信息化系统落实了教学管理制度,规范了教学管理流程,提升了培训效率和教学管理水平,降低了人力成本。Objective:We explore the new mode of nursing teaching management through the construction of information-based teaching management system.Methods:A new nursing teaching comprehensive management system based on SaaS model was constructed in combination the existing problems in hospital nursing teaching and learning from teaching path and hospital credit system management.Results:The traditional teaching management mode was changed and the unified comprehensive management of nursing teaching from plan to process to result to analysis was realized.Conclusion:The teaching management information system implements the teaching management system,standardizes the teaching management process,improves the training efficiency and teaching management level,and reduces the labor cost.
