摘  要:目的调查临床二胎护士共同养育感知现状,并探讨临床二胎护士共同养育感知与产后返岗适应性的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,于2017年8—12月选取浙江省温州市3所医院173名二胎护士作为研究对象。采用中文版简易共同养育量表和护士产后返岗适应性问卷进行调查。本研究共发放问卷173份,回收有效问卷161份。结果161名二胎护士共同养育感知总分为(39.86±6.73)分,产后返岗适应性得分为(59.52±12.20)分,条目均分为(2.56±0.77)分。二胎护士共同养育感知与产后返岗适应性总分、角色行为、护理专业发展、工作环境中人际关系和科室管理方式均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论二胎护士的共同养育感知水平较低,护理管理者应正视二胎护士产后返岗适应不良的现状,关注其思想情绪状态,做好配偶的思想工作,帮助其顺利度过返岗适应期。Objective To explore the status quo of coparenting perception in nurses with a second child and to explore the correlation between cooperating perception and postpartum job adaptability in these nurses.Methods Totally 173 nurses with a second child from 3hospitals in Wenzhou were selected by convenient sampling and investigated with the Chinese version of Brief Coparenting Relationship Scale and the Nurses' Postpartum Job Adaptability Questionnaire between August and December 2017.A total of 173 questionnaires were distributed and 161 valid questionnaires were collected.Results The total score of coparenting perception in the 161 nurses with a second child was (39.86±6.73).The score of postpartum job adaptability was (59.52±12.20),and the mean score of each dimension was (2.56±0.77).The nurses'eoparenting perception were positively correlated with the total score of postpartum job adaptability,role behavior, development of nursing career,interpersonal relationship in workplace and institutional management (P <0.05). Conclusions The coparenting perception in nurses with a second child is low.Nursing managers should take seriously the poor job adaptability postpartum in these nurses,pay attention to their mental and emotional state, and talk their spouses into helping them getting through the adaptation period successfully.
