摘  要:目的建立微波消解-ICP-MS同时测定食品用纸制品中Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Sb、Ni、Cr、Ba 8种元素的方法,了解食品用纸制品中重金属的污染状况。方法采用微波消解技术,研究干扰及消除等试验影响因素,确定最佳试验条件,选择^(45)Sc、^(103)Rh、^(115)In、^(209)Bi作为内标元素,使用ICP-MS同时测定8种元素。结果该方法的检出限在0. 003 mg/kg~0. 015 mg/kg,线性关系良好,相关系数均> 0. 999 0,加标回收率在93. 8%~107. 8%,相对标准偏差在0. 8%~3. 1%。结论该方法分析速度快、检出浓度低、测试精度高并可实现多种元素同时测定,与原子吸收法、原子荧光法等方法相比,方便快速、污染损失少、检出限低、准确度与精密度好,适用于食品用纸制品中多种元素的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of eight heavy metal elements in food packing paper including Pb,Cd,Hg,As,Sb,Ni,Cr,Ba by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS),and to understand the pollution of heavy metals in food packing paper. Methods Microwave digestion technology was used to study the influence factors such as interference and elimination,and the best test conditions were determined. With45 Sc,103Rh,115 In,209Bi as internal standard elements,eight heavy metal elements were simultaneously determined by ICP-MS. Results The limits of detection( LODs) of eight heavy metals were within 0. 003 mg/kg-0. 015 mg/kg,showing a good linearity. The correlation coefficients( r) were above 0. 999 0. The recovery of spiking samples were within 93. 8%-107. 8%,with the relative standard deviations( RSDs) of 0. 8%-3. 1%. Conclusion The developed method is convenient,rapid,precise,accurate,and can achieve simultaneous determination of multiple elements,compared with atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry; the established method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of heavy metal elements in food packing paper.
