摘  要:目的建立米粉中钛(Ti)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)和铅(Pb)的电感耦合等离子体质谱检测方法。方法米粉样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对9种元素进行测定。结果 9种元素的线性关系良好(r=0. 999),加标回收率为70. 3%~119. 5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%。10份米粉样品中,9种元素均检出,米粉中Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu、As、Cd和Pb的含量分别为1. 24 mg/kg~1. 99 mg/kg、0. 004 2 mg/kg~0. 041 mg/kg、0. 92 mg/kg~1. 15 mg/kg、1. 049 mg/kg~4. 8 mg/kg、0. 32 mg/kg~0. 57 mg/kg、0. 48 mg/kg~2. 65 mg/kg、0. 009 mg/kg~0. 025 mg/kg、0. 044 mg/kg~0. 18 mg/kg和0. 039 mg/kg~0. 12 mg/kg,根据GB 2762—2017《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》,有7份样品中的Cr超标,含量为1. 033 mg/kg~1. 15 mg/kg。结论本法灵敏、准确、快速,可用于米粉中9种元素的测定。Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for detecting titanium (Ti ),vanadium (V),chromium (Cr),manganese (Mn ),nickel (Ni ),copper (Cu ),arsenic (As ),cadmium (Cd ),and lead(Pb)in rice flour.Methods The rice flour samples were digested by microwave,and the above 9elements in the rice flour were detected by ICP-MS.Results The matrix -matched calibration curve of 9elements showed good linearity (r = 0.999),and the recovery was within 70.3%-119.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 10%.The 9 elements were detected in 10rice flour samples,and the contents range of Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,As,Cd and Pb were within 1.24mg/kg -1.99mg/kg,0.0042mg/kg -0.041mg/kg,0,92mg/kg -1.15mg/kg,1.049mg/kg -4.8mg/kg, 0.32mg/kg-0.57mg/kg,0.48mg/kg -2.65mg/kg,0.009mg/kg -0.025mg/kg,0.044mg/kg -0.18mg/kg and 0.039mg/kg -0.12mg/kg,respectively.According to GB 2762--2017Food Safety National Standard Food Pollutant Limit, Cr was exceeded in 7rice flour samples,with the concentration of 1.033mg/kg -1.15mg/kg.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate and rapid,and can be used for the determination of 9 elements in rice flour.
