细胞周期蛋白D1、鳞状细胞癌抗原和白细胞介素10在Ⅱ期宫颈癌组织中的表达研究

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)和白细胞介素10(IL-10)在Ⅱ期宫颈癌组织中的表达及其诊断价值。方法选取2012年6月-2017年6月本院收治的72例Ⅱ期宫颈癌患者为研究对象,70例正常子宫患者为对照组,免疫组化法检测宫颈组织中Cyclin D1表达,RT-PCT检测IL-10 mRNA的表达,酶联免疫发光法检测血清SCC-Ag水平。结果研究组患者Cyclin D1、SCC-Ag和IL-10水平高于对照组。鳞状细胞癌患者SCC-Ag水平高于腺癌患者,ⅡB期宫颈癌患者组织Cyclin D1和IL-10高于ⅡA期患者。Ⅱ期宫颈癌组织中Cyclin D1与SCC-Ag和IL-10表达呈正相关(r值分别为0. 724、0. 765,P <0. 05),SCC-Ag和IL-10表达呈正相关(r=0. 672,P <0. 05)。Cyclin D1、SCC-Ag和IL-10联合检测灵敏度高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 Cyclin D1、SCC-Ag和IL-10在Ⅱ期宫颈癌组织中高表达,Cyclin D1和IL-10与ⅡB期宫颈癌组织病理类型和癌症分期有关,Cyclin D1与SCC-Ag和IL-10表达呈正相关,联合检测具有较高的灵敏度和特异度。Objective To explore the expressions of CyclinD1,SCC-Ag and interleukin 10(IL-10)and their diagnostic value in patients with stage l]cervical cancer.Methods Seventy -two patients with stage Ⅱ cervical cancer were selected as the research objects from June 2012to June 2017,and seventy patients with normal uterus were selected as control group.CyclinD1 level in cervical tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry,IL-10mRNA level was tested by RT-PCT,and serum levels of SCC -Ag were detected by enzyme -linked immune luminescence method.Results The levels of CyclinD1,SCC -Ag and IL -10in research group were higher than the control group.SCC -Ag level in squamous cell carcinoma tissue was higher than that of adenocareinoma patients,and the levels of CyclinD1and IL -10in patients with stage Ⅱ B cervical cancer were higher than the patients with stage U A cervical cancer.CyclinD1was positively correlated with SCC -Ag and IL -10in patients with stage Ⅱ cervical cancer (r =0.724,r =0.765,P <0.05);SCC-Ag and IL-10 were positively correlated (r =0.672,P < 0.05).The joint detection sensitivity of CyelinD1,SCC-Ag and IL-10were higher than singe detection,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The levels of CyelinD1,SCC -Ag and IL -10in patients with stage Ⅱ cervical cancer were high,and CyclinD1 and IL-10were related to histopathologic types and cancer staging.CyclinD1was positively correlated to SCC -Ag and IL -10,and the joint detection had higher sensitivity and specificity.
