新时代检察官继续教育改革:困境与路径

摘　　要：检察官继续教育是提升检察官素质的基本途径。当前,检察官继续教育改革面临着教育目标界定不够清晰、教育体制设计不够科学、教育机制不够完善诸多问题,制约着检察官继续教育的改革与发展。探索新时代检察官继续教育改革的现实路径,一是要始终坚持新时代检察官继续教育的正确方向;二是要统筹推进新时代检察官继续教育体制与机制改革;三是要科学构建与新时代发展要求相适应的检察官继续教育课程体系;四是要不断创新检察官继续教育模式与方法。The continuing education of prosecutors is a fundamental way to improve the quality of prosecutors.At present, continuing education reform of prosecutors is confronted with many problems,such as unclear definition of education goals,unscientific design of education system and incomplete education mechanism,which have restricted the reform and development of continuing education of prosecutors.To explore the realistic approach for the continuing education reform of prosecutors in the new age,we needs to always insist on the correct direction of new-age continuing education reform of prosecutors,coordinately develop the system and mechanism reform of new-age continuing education,establish curriculum system of continuing education of prosecutors scientifically that is compatible with the development requirements of the new age and innovate the model and method of continuing education of prosecutors continuously.
