摘　　要：文中论述了全国小流域划分成果管理系统的设计思想,该系统支持对小流域相关基础地理数据及其相关文档数据的管理,不同角色用户拥有不同的访问权限设置,有效实现对不同密级数据的访问和使用的管理,提高了工作效率。In the paper,the design idea of the management system of small watershed division results was elaborated across the country.The system supported the management of basic geographic data and documents related with small watershed,different role users had the different access settings,the management of access and use to different levels of data was effectively realized improving the work efficiency.
