摘  要:目的评价构建的儿科规范化培训住院医师(简称规培医师)临床科研能力培养体系的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月在西安交通大学第一附属医院儿科进行规范化培训的22名住院医师,进行儿科规培医师临床科研能力培养体系的实践。规培医师临床科研能力培养体系包括:(1)通过开展知-信-行(KAP)调查,了解住院医师目前临床科研基础知识的掌握程度;(2)开办临床科研相关基础知识讲座,提高临床科研知识;(3)利用互联网,搭建临床科研交流平台;(4)借鉴"导师制",实施"一对一"临床科研能力培养;(5)开展读书报告会,拓宽临床研究视野、提高文献检索能力及表达能力;(6)确立临床研究课题,完成临床研究论文。结果 (1)KAP调查的结果显示:儿科规培医师临床科研基础知识总成绩为(54.14±23.06)分;儿科规培医师对临床科研的态度是积极接纳的,100%的规培医师认为临床科研在医师成长过程中是重要的,规培阶段开展临床科研培训是必要的;儿科规培医师目前对临床科研有行为但并无产出;儿科规培医师希望多种途径提高自己的临床科研能力。(2)开展临床科研基础知识(临床流行病学、统计学)培训,培训后总成绩为(73.63±21.05)分,与培训前比较差异有统计学意义(t=-2.67,P=0.01)。(3)根据制定的硕士研究生导师认定资格,确立22名规培导师,按照自愿、双向选择的原则,12名规培训医师选择了导师。(4)通过开展文献检索、医学伦理、科研论文写作讲座、读书报告会,住院医师的文献检索能力(Z=-4.00)、阅读分析文献的能力(Z=-3.37)、专业英语阅读能力(Z=-3.82)、电子课件制作能力(Z=-3.18)、语言表达能力(Z=-3.54)评分均较前有提高(均P≤0.001)。结论通过构建的儿科规培医师临床科研能力培养体系并不断实践,规培医师的临床科研能力有了一定的提高。Objective To evaluate the effects of training system of clinical scientific research capability in standardized training of pediatrics residents.Methods Twenty-two residents receiving standardized training in Pediatrics Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected to undergo the training system of clinical research capability.Training system of clinical scientific research capability for them included understanding the level of clinical research basic knowledge of residents by knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)survey,enhancing basic knowledge of clinical research by lectures or seminars,establishing communication platform of clinical research by internet,providing "one to one"training of clinical research capability with tutorial system,broadening view of clinical research and improving the capability of literature retrieval as well as communication by carrying out reading seminar,setting topic for clinical research and accomplishing papers.Results KAP survey showed that the score of basic knowledge of clinical scientific research of pediatric doctors receiving standardized training was 54.14±23.06.Attitudes of pediatric doctors receiving standardized training for clinical research were positive.One hundred percent of pediatric doctors receiving standardized training thought that clinical research was important for progress of doctors and clinical research training was important in standardized training.They were doing clinical research but had no results,and they wished that they could improve clinical research capability through various ways.Training of clinical medical scientific research basic knowledge(clinical epidemiology,statistics)was carried out and scores after training 73.63±21.05,which was significantly different from that before training(t=-2.67,P=0.01).Through reading seminar,scores on capabilities of literature retrieval(Z=-4.00),reading and analyzing(Z=-3.37),professional English reading(Z=-3.82),making PPT lecture(Z=-3.18
