摘　　要：目的了解在校大学生不良健康行为的现状及影响因素,为改善大学生的健康意识提供依据。方法采用偶遇抽样方法,于2017年3-12月对齐齐哈尔市5所院校(齐齐哈尔大学、齐齐哈尔医学院、齐齐哈尔工程学院、齐齐哈尔高等师范专科学校、黑龙江交通职业技术学院)在校生2653名进行问卷调查。结果大学生不良健康行为报告率最高的为不按时作息(83.1%),其次为不吃早餐(73.2%)及缺乏运动(72.0%),网络信贷的发生率最低为(13.8%)。来自城镇的学生饮酒的发生率(46.8%)高于农村(42.2%)。医学生饮酒(24.8%)及网络信贷(19.8%)的发生率高于非医学生(42.5%,12.1%),且多种不良健康行为之间具有相关性。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,社会人口因素中的男生、汉族和不同生源地与大学生不良健康行为呈负相关。结论大学生存在多种不良健康行为。应对大学生进行相关行为的健康教育,有助于提高健康水平,减少疾病的发生。Objective To explore associated determinants for unhealthy behaviors among college students and to provide a basis for health literacy improvement.Methods Totally 2800 students from 5 universities in Qiqihar city were chosen by using the occasional sampling method during Mar.to Dec.in 2017 and were investigated with questionnaire.Results The most common unhealthy behavior was irregular schedules(83.1%),followed by skipping breakfast(73.2%)and lack of exercise(72.0%),while the lowest rate of online student loan(13.8%).Alcohol drinking was higher among students from urban areas than those from rural areas.Alcohol drinking(24.8%)and online student(19.8%)was higher in medical students than that of non-medical students,which correlated with multiple unhealthy behaviors.The logistic regression showed that male,Han ethnicity and family origins were negatively associated with more unhealthy behaviors among college students.Conclusion College students are at higher risk for unhealthy behaviors among college students.Public health interventions targeting changes in health behaviors are needed.
