摘  要:目的观察巩膜环扎联合玻璃体空气填充术治疗硅油取出后视网膜再脱离的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年5月硅油取出后视网膜再脱离58例(58眼)的资料。患者均行巩膜环扎玻璃体内空气填充。观察术后视力及视网膜复位情况。结果术后1d共55眼视网膜复位,3眼视网膜未复位者行再次玻璃体内注气后复位。术后视力提高2行以上者38眼(65.52%),视力不变者20眼(34.48%)。术后黄斑区OCT检查,均未见视网膜下液体。术中及术后均未发生严重并发症。结论巩膜环扎联合玻璃体空气填充治疗硅油取出后视网膜再脱离成功率高,可提高视力,减少手术次数,避免硅油的相关并发症。Objective To observe the clinical effect of scleral encircling combined with intravitreal air tamponade in the treatment of retinal redetachment after silicone oil removal.Methods The data of 58 eyes of 58 patients with retinal redetachment after silicone oil removal from Jan.2016 to May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.They underwent scleral bucking and intravitreal gas tamponade.The visual acuity and retinal redetachment were observed.Results At 1 day after surgery,the retinal was reattached in 55 eyes,not reattached in 3 eyes,and the retina was successfully reattached after vitreous air refilled.The visual acuity improved by more than 2 rows in 38 eyes (65.52%),and unchanged in 20 eyes (34.48%).OCT examination was performed after operation and revealed no fluid under retinal.No serious complication occurred during and after operation.Conclusion Scleral bucking combined with intravitreal gas tamponade for retinal redetachment after silicon removal has a high success rate and can improve visual acuity,reduce the number of operation,and avoid silicone oil-related complications.
