Strengthening and Consolidating Body Resistance Prescription Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Malignant Tumor Bone Metastasis Pain

摘　　要：目的分析研究扶正固本方联合放疗对恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效。方法以我院2015年10月—2018年2月收治的70例恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组采用临床局部放疗,观察组患者采用扶正固本方联合放疗治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为88.57%(31/35)、57.14%(20/35),组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.74,P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后,2组患者VAS评分均显著改善,且观察组患者的改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者采用扶正固本方联合放疗治疗可以有效的缓解患者的疼痛,效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of strengthening and consolidating body resistance prescription combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumor bone metastasis pain.Methods 70 patients with malignant bone metastases pain treated in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group (n=35)and the control group (n=35). The control group used clinical sites radiotherapy.The observation group was treated with strengthening and consolidating body resistance prescription combined with radiotherapy.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of clinical treatment in observation group and confrol group were 88.57%(31/35)and 57.14%(20/35),respectively.The difference between groups was statistically significant (x^2=8.74,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale (VAS)between groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of strengthening and consolidating body resistance prescription combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumor bone metastasis pain can effectively relieve the patient's pain,and the effect is significant and is worthy of clinical promotion.
