摘 要:目的评价3种不同原理的牙周洁治系统产生的电流值并为其临床应用提供参考。方法分别选择压电陶瓷超声波、磁致伸缩超声波及气动声波类牙周洁治系统,建立交流电流测量电路,于2018年4月21日、5月26日及6月7日分3次测量3种牙周洁治系统在低、中、高功率下产生的瞬间电流值和稳定电流值。结果压电陶瓷超声波与磁致伸缩超声波牙周洁治系统在工作时均产生交流电流,而气动声波类牙周洁治系统不产生交流电流。压电陶瓷超声波牙周洁治系统产生的电流值明显高于其他两种(P<0.05),磁致伸缩超声波牙周洁治系统产生的电流值与气动声波类相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。压电陶瓷超声波牙周洁治系统产生的电流值与功率呈显著正相关(r>0.8)。结论压电陶瓷超声波牙周洁治系统在洁治过程中可通过产生交流电流刺激牙髓产生敏感及疼痛,而磁致伸缩超声波与气动声波类牙周洁治系统较少甚至不产生交流电流,对牙髓的刺激很小或无刺激。Objective To measure the magnitude of galvanic currents produced by different principles scaler systems.Method Selection of piezoelectric,magnetostriction and sonic scaling systems,and establish alternating current measurement circuit,measuring three times for three scalers in low,medium and high power of instantaneous current value and the stable current value,and measured under different power,the current value of piezoelectric ultrasonic scaler producing.Result Piezoelectric and magnetostrictive unit generate a current during operation,while sonic scaler system did not generate a current.The current value of piezoelectric system was significantly different from that of the other two types (P<0.05),while that of magnetostrictive unit was not significantly different from that of sonic system (P >0.05).Moreover,the current value and power generated by piezoelectric are significantly positively correlated (r >0.8).Conclusion Piezoelectric ultrasonic scaler may stimulate pain to the pulp by generating a current during the scaling process.Magnetostrictive and sonic scaler system generate little or no alternating current and reduce the stimulation to pulp.
