摘  要:目的:探讨在口腔黏膜病教学中引入PBL教学法的应用效果。方法:选取以A组PBL教学法26人和B组传统教学法20人为研究对象,通过口腔黏膜病学基础知识及案例分析考试和问卷调查对教学结果进行评价。结果:A组案例分析成绩显著高于B组(P <0. 05),A组与B组基础知识成绩无明显区别(P> 0. 05),A组问卷调查总体优于B组。结论:PBL法结合"团队式"教学模式在口腔黏膜病教学中是可行的,值得推广。Objective: To explore the application effect of introducing PBL teaching method in oral mucosal disease teaching. Methods: A total of 26 PBL teaching methods in group A and 20 traditional teaching methods in group B were selected. The teaching results were evaluated through oral mucosal basic knowledge and case analysis examinations and questionnaires. Results: The results of case analysis in group A were significantly higher than those in group B( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference between group A and group B( P > 0. 05). Group A questionnaire was better than group B. Conclusion: The PBL method combined with the "teambased"teaching mode is feasible in the teaching of oral mucosal diseases and worthy of promotion.
