摘  要:规培基地在临床医学人才培养中发挥重要作用,但部分存在政策落实不到位、过程管理不规范、考核督导不力等现象,影响了"标准化、规范化、同质化"医师培养体系的建立。360°考核理论有利于构建医院、科室、师资三个维度的评估体系,从而对规培基地进行全方位、多方面的客观评价和综合考核,保证临床医学人才的培养质量。Resident doctors’ standardized training base plays an important role in the training of clinical medical talents,however,there are some phenomena such as incomplete policy implementation,non-standard process management and ineffective assessment supervision,which could affect the establishment of"standardized,normalized and homogeneous"physician training system. The 360-degree evaluation theory is conducive to the construction of a three dimension evaluation system which covers hospital,department,and faculty,so as to carry out all-dimensional and multi-aspect objective evaluation and comprehensive assessment on the standardized training base,and guarantee the training quality of clinical medical talents.
