摘  要:目的:探讨仿真系统联合改良CBL教学模式在急救护理实践教学中的运用效果。方法:将2012级(n=64)、2013级(n=59)护理本科分别做为对照组和观察组,对照组采用仿真教学,观察组采取仿真联合改良CBL教学;结果:观察组在临床综合能力、师生互评得分、实验运行报告等多个方面于对照组相比均明显优于对照组。结论:仿真系统联合改良CBL教学模式较之传统教学模式,可以提高实践教学质量、有利于学生综合急救能力培养。Objective: To explore the application effect of simulation system combined with improved CBL teaching mode in emergency nursing practice teaching. Methods: The nursing undergraduates of grade 2012( n = 64) and grade 2013( n = 59) were taken as control group and observation group respectively. The control group was given simulation teaching,while the observation group was given simulation combined with improved CBL teaching. Results: Compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly better in clinical comprehensive ability,teacher-student mutual evaluation score and experimental operation report. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the improved CBL teaching mode combined with simulation system can improve the quality of practical teaching and help students to develop their comprehensive first aid ability.
