摘  要:目的:评价医患双重角色体验式教学方法在综合性大学本科生中医学临床见习带教效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2018年6月在我院中医科见习的中山大学临床专业本科五年级学生68例,随机分为对照组与研究组各34例。对照组采取常规带教模式,研究组采取医患双重角色体验式教学方法带教。结果:研究组四诊信息收集与辨证论治分析能力以及见习过程中的积极性和参与度均明显高优于对照组。结论:医患双重角色体验式教学方法具有较好教学效果。Objective:To evaluate the effect of dual role experiential teaching method of doctors and patients on clinical probation teaching of traditional Chinese medicine for undergraduates in comprehensive universities.Methods:68 fifth-year clinical undergraduate students of Zhongshan University who were trainees in Chinese medicine from June 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group with 34 cases in each group.The control group was taught by routine teaching mode,while the research group was taught by the experiential teaching method of doctor-patient dual roles.Result:The ability of information collection and analysis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,as well as the initiative and participation in the process of probation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The experiential teaching method of doctor-patient dual role has good teaching effect.
