关系冗余、组织合法性与新创企业绩效关系研究

摘　　要：基于企业关系网络的研究,检验关系冗余对新创企业绩效的影响以及组织合法性的中介作用。以125家新创企业为研究样本进行实证检验,研究发现,关系冗余对新创企业绩效的影响受到组织合法性的部分中介作用,但关系冗余对新创企业绩效的倒U型关系并未通过组织合法性的中介作用得以体现。This paper empirically examines the impact of GUANXI redundancy on the performance of new start-ups and the intermediary role of organizational legitimacy based on the enterprise relationship network of 125 new venture. Results show that,the influence of GUANXI redundancy on startup performance is partly mediated by organizational legitimacy.However,the inverted U-relationship between GUANXI redundancy and startup performance is not reflected by the mediation of organizational legitimacy.
