摘　　要：电弧炉采用低钛铁水、合金和造渣材料,偏心炉底出钢,出钢合金化,LF精炼时,用Si、Al复合脱氧和碱度3～5的CaO-MgO-Si0_2-Al_2O_3渣系,30 Pa VD处理,以及保护浇铸等工艺措施,Φ150 mm锻造棒材的分析结果为GGr15轴承钢中的氧含量为4.5×10^(-6)～9×10^(-6),Ti含量为0.001 0%～0.001 5%,钢中有少量5μm TiN夹杂,达到特钢优质低钛轴承钢的质量要求。With the process measures including using low titanium hot metal,alloys and slagging materials,eccentric bottom tapping and alloying in tapping in EAF steelmaking,using Si-Al compound deoxidation and CaO-MgO-SiO2-Al2O3 slag series with basicity 3-5 in LF refining,30 Pa VD treatment and shielding casting,the analysis results of Ф150mm forged bar are oxygen content in GCr15 bearing steel being 4.5×10^-6-9×10^-6,Ti content 0.001 0%-0.001 5% with minor 5μm TiN inclusions to meet the quality requirement for super grade quality low titanium bearing steel.
