摘 要:输电线路作为电网薄弱环节之一,其安全稳定运行直接关系到电网的运行状态。目前,覆冰已成为威胁线路安全运行的重要因素。为了提高覆冰故障分析效率,研究其故障诊断模型显得愈发重要。文中通过某网省公司近5年输电线路覆冰跳闸数据,分析其发生规律,结合气象及微地形条件对覆冰故障的影响,构建基于决策树的线路覆冰故障诊断模型,梳理关键诊断变量因子及权重系数,提出疑似故障概率计算方法。最后结合诊断模型,对实际运行故障案例进行分析和计算,通过人工干预及现场排查确认覆冰故障类型,为输电线路故障诊断和故障排查奠定了良好的基础。Transmission line as one of the weak links,its safe and stable operation is directly related to the operation of the grid state.Icing is an important factor which poses a threat to the safe operation of transmission lines.To enhance the icing fault analysis efficiency,icing fault diagnosis model becomes more and more important.In this paper,the data of icing tripping of transmission lines in the past five years are analyzed.Based on the influence of meteorological and micro terrain conditions,a fault diagnosis model of icing fault is constructed,which is based on decision tree.Combing the key diagnostic variable factors and weight coefficients,the calculation method of suspected failure probability is proposed.Finally,combining with the diagnosis model,the paper analyzes and calculates the actual running fault cases,and confirms the types of ice faults through manual intervention and on-site investigation, thus laying a good foundation for fault diagnosis and trouble shooting of transmission lines.
