摘  要:比例技术的发展使得液压传动与控制越来越受到人们的关注,电液比例阀相较于伺服阀而言具有灵敏性、可靠性以及稳定性的特点。基于电液比例方向阀的工作原理,结合建模仿真PID算法对电液比例位置控制系统进行实验研究,应用MATLAB仿真软件进行比例阀的PID控制仿真,搭建阀控缸实验台,编写计算机程序,实现液压缸位置的精确控制。结果表明,基于比例阀的PID控制定位精度高,且响应快,误差小。With the development of proportional technology,more and more attention has been paid to hydraulic transmission and control.The electro-hydraulic proportional valve has the characteristics of sensitivity,reliability and stability compared with the servo valve.Based on the working principle of electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve,the experimental re-search on electro-hydraulic proportional position control system is carried out with modeling simulation PID algorithm.The PID control of proportional valve is simulated with MATLAB software.The experiment platform of valve control cylinder is built and computer program is written to realize accurate control of hydraulic cylinder position.The results show that the PID based on proportional valve has high positioning accuracy,fast response and small error.
