摘  要:苏州丝绸博物馆“四方雨”景观钢结构由12根直径105mm的圆钢立柱及菱形扁钢梁格组成,梁格下挂直径25mm的铝合金圆管。采用CFX-FLO软件对“四方雨”景观钢结构进行了数值风洞模拟,结果表明圆管立柱之间风荷载相互影响较小,风荷载体型系数接近1.0。对于扁钢梁,基于第1阶屈曲模态,对有限元模型引入初始几何缺陷,在计算中考虑双非线性,结果表明扁钢梁整体稳定系数仅为0.2,其设计满足规范要求。基于NIDA软件采用二阶直接分析方法,并考虑结构整体缺陷和构件缺陷,在计算中考虑双非线性,分析结果表明钢结构设计满足规范要求,结构的失稳形态和破坏机制符合预期目标。The ″Squared Rain″ landscape steel structure in Suzhou Silk Museum consists of 12 round steel columns with the diameter of 105 mm and diamond-shaped flat steel beams. The aluminum alloy round pipes with the diameter of 25 mm are hung under the beams. The numerical wind tunnel simulation was carried out on the ″Squared Rain″ landscape steel structure by CFX-FLO software. The results show that the wind loads between the round pipe columns have little influence on each other, and the wind load shape coefficient closes to be 1.0. For flat steel beams, based on the first-order buckling mode, the initial geometric imperfections were introduced into the finite element model, and the double nonlinearity was considered in the calculation. The results show that the overall stability factor of flat steel beams is only 0.2, and its design meets the requirements of the code. Based on the NIDA software, the second-order direct analysis method was adopted, and the overall structural defects and component defects were taken into account. The double nonlinearity was considered in the calculation. The analysis results show that the design of steel structure meets the requirements of the code, and the instability form and failure mechanism of the structure meet the expected objectives.
