摘  要:现如今,就业竞争越来越大,各高校都开设了就业指导课,然而在实际教学中,教学效果并不理想。本文尝试从教学方案的设计、教学的具体实施、教学效果的评价等三个方面具体探索如何在就业指导的课程教学中运用体验式学习和教学,提高课程的教学效果,引导大学生树立生涯规划意识、提前自主规划自己的职业生涯、增强就业素养和能力。Nowadays,Colleges and universities all offer employment guidance courses in order to solve the employment competitive pressure.However,the teaching effect is not ideal in the actual environment of teaching.This paper tries to explore how to apply experiential learning and teaching in the teaching of employment guidance course to improve the teaching effect of the course.And then,guide college students to establish a sense of career planning,plan their career ahead of time,and enhance their employment literacy and ability and so on.We do our research from three aspects of design of teaching programs, specific implementation of teaching and evaluation of teaching effect.
