摘　　要：安全人机工程传统实验教学存在时间受限、维护不及时、效率低等诸多问题,实验微课教学是对传统实验教学模式改革的一种有益探索。通过选定实验项目、微视频拍摄、视频后期处理、线上线下相结合等步骤的实施,有效提高了安全人机工程实验课的效率和教学效果。Safety ergonomics Traditional experimental teaching has many problems, such as limited time, untimely maintenance, low efficiency, etc. Experimental micro-lecture teaching is a beneficial exploration of traditional experimental teaching model reform. Through the implementation of micro-video capture, video post-processing and online and offline integration,the efficiency and teaching effectiveness of the safe ergonomics experiment course have been effectively improved.
