基于国内外艺术策展人才培养现状的比较研究

摘　　要：我国的艺术策展教育起步较晚,但我们可以借鉴英美意等国家在艺术策展人才培养方面的成熟经验。文章在分析比较国内外艺术策展教育现状的基础上,从培养目标、课程结构与内容、教学方法与形式、成果展示与学习平台四个方面指出我国艺术策展人才培养中存在的问题,并对我国艺术策展人才培养提出相应的建议,包括建构复合型专业人才的培养目标,建立跨学科综合研究与实践平台、个性化与专业化多样化的教学模式,与互联网相结合的教学延伸,引进与打造实践型国际化的师资队伍。The education of art curators in China got off to a late start.It can learn from the experience of Britain, America,Italy and other countries. Based on detailed analysis,this article points out the shortcomings of art curator education in China compared to that of foreign countries.The four aspects of comparison are objectives,curriculum, methodology,and platform,Additionally, this paper puts forward suggestions of how to improve the cultivation of professional art curator talent,the establishment of a comprehensive interdisciplinary research and development platform,the effective use of modern technology,and the building of a practical international teaching team.
