精准乳腺术前立体定位对手术及病理切片的引导价值

摘　　要：目的探讨术前X射线精准三维立体定位穿刺导丝植入对非典型乳腺肿瘤病灶手术及病理切片的引导价值。方法非典型乳腺肿瘤病灶患者43例,术前B超引导无法定位。术前采用X射线三维立体定位穿刺固定术,据此实施手术治疗和病理学诊断。结果 43例患者中41例成功置入导丝。43例均进行手术治疗和病理学诊断,随访复查确认病理诊断正确率100%。结论术前X射线精准三维立体定位穿刺导丝植入是引导非典型乳腺肿瘤病灶手术和病理切片的好方法。Objective To explore the guide value of preoperative precise X-ray threedimensional stereotaxis puncture guide wire implantation for surgery and pathological section of atypical breast tumors.Methods Preoperative precise X-ray sfereotaxis puncture guide wire implantation for surgery and pathological section was performed in 43 patients with atypical breast tumors,which were not precisely been positioned by B-ultrasound.Results The guide wire implantation was successfully performed in 41 cases.The surgeries and pathological diagnosis were carried out in 43 patients,which showed a correct rate of 100%.Conclusion Preoperative precise X-ray three-dimensional stereotaxis puncture guide wire implantation-is a good method for guiding the surgery and pathological section of atypical breast tumors.
