血清VEGF和MMP-9水平评估胃肠恶性肿瘤患者病情的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清VEGF和MMP-9水平评估胃肠恶性肿瘤患者病情的临床意义。方法应用Luminex液相芯片法检测101例胃肠恶性肿瘤患者VEGF和MMP-9的表达水平,分析VEGF和MMP-9水平与疗效的相关性。结果晚期胃肠恶性肿瘤有病灶患者的血清VEGF水平高于根治性手术后无病灶患者(P<0.05),而血清MMP-9水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。肝转移患者血清VEGF水平高于无肝转移的患者(P<0.05),而血清MMP-9水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。VEGF水平与胃肠恶性肿瘤疗效呈负相关(r=-0.495,P<0.01),MMP-9水平与胃肠恶性肿瘤疗效无明显相关性(r=-0.155,P>0.05)。结论检测胃肠恶性肿瘤患者血清VEGF水平有助于病情评估。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum VEGF and MMP-9 levels in evaluating the illness status of the patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor.Methods Serum levels VEGF and MMP-9 were detected with liquid chipin method in 101 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor.The correlation between serum levels of VEGF and MMP-9 and clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results Serum VEGF level of the patients with advanced tumor lesions was higher than that of the patients underwent radical operation without advanced tumor lesions (P<0.05),while serum MMP-9 level had no significant difference between two groups (P >0.05).Serum VEGF level of the patients with liver metastasis was higher than that of the patients without (P<0.05),while serum MMP-9 level had no significant difference between two groups(P >0.05).Serum VEGF level was negatively correlated to clinical efficacy in the patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor (r=-0.495,P<0.01),but there was no significant correlation between serum MMP-9 level and clinical efficacy (r=-0.155,P >0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum VEGF level is helpful for evaluating the illness status of the patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor.
