摘　　要：目的观察氙光星状神经节近旁照射联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法将40例轻、中度抑郁症患者随机均分为两组:B组口服帕罗西汀20mg/d,A组在此基础上加用氙光星状神经节近旁照射3次/周,疗程8周。比较两组治疗前和治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)和抗抑郁药不良反应量表(SERS)评分的变化。结果治疗前,两组HAMD评分、CGI评分和SERS评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗2～8周后,两组HAMD评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且A组低于B组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,A组CGI评分低于B组(P<0.05)。治疗4～8周后,A组SERS评分均低于治疗前和B组(P<0.05)。结论氙光星状神经节近旁照射能够增强帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症患者的疗效,并降低其不良反应。Objective To observe the efficacy of xenon light irradiation near the stellate ganglion combined with paroxetine in treatment of patients with depression.Methods Forty patients with mild to moderate depression were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The patients in group B were treated with oral paroxetine 20 mg/d and those in group A were given additional xenon light irradiation near the stellate ganglion 3 times per week for 8 weeks.The changes of Hamilton depression scale (HAMD)score,clinical global impression (CGI)score and Asberg's antidepressant rating scale for side effects (SERS)score before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of HAMD,CGI and SERS before treatment betweenthe two groups (P >0.05).The HAMD scores in 2-8 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment in two groups (P<0.05),which were lower in group A than those in group B (P<0.05).The CGI score in group A was lower than that in group B in the 8^th week after treatment (P<0.05).The SERS scores in group A in 4-8 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment and in group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of xenon light irradiation near the stellate ganglion with paroxetine can enhance the efficacy and reduce the side effects of paroxetine in the treatment of the patients with mild to moderate depression.
