摘　　要：采用TCGA数据库中公开的胃癌数据,将胃癌的数据随机地分为2份,一份作为测试数据,另一份作为验证数据。结果表明:前列腺素E合酶(PTGES)的表达对于胃癌患者的总生存有着一定的联系;在测试和验证数据中,PTGES高表达的胃癌患者在放疗与非放疗2组间的总生存差异不显著,多因素调整后仍然不显著;多因素调整后,验证数据与测试数据的HR值分别为0.324 (0.085～0.832)和0.057 (0.007～0.481),P值均小于0.05。这一研究提示低表达的PTGES与胃癌放疗敏感性有明显的联系,PTGES低表达的患者接受放疗后生存率明显升高,说明PTGES是胃癌精准放疗潜在的有效分子标志物。We used the gastric cancer data from TCGA and randomly split the data to two parts,one as testing data,another one as validation data.The results showed that the expression did not associate with overall survival directly,both on testing and validation data.Furthermore,for patients with high expression of PTGES,there was no significant survival difference between radiotherapy and nonradiotherapy group.The adjusted HR were 0.558(0.187-1.662)and0.498(0.190-1.300),with Pvalues 0.295 and 0.154 for testing and validation data,respectively.However,for patients with low expression of PTGES,significant survival difference between radiotherapy and nonradiotherapy group was observed.The adjusted HR were 0.324(0.085-0.832)and 0.057(0.007-0.481),with Pvalues 0.038 and 0.009 for testing and validation data,respectively.These results suggested that low expression of PTGESstrongly associated with radiosensitivity.Patients with low expression of PTGESwould get better survival if they received radiotherapy.The results suggested that the expression of PTGES might be a potential biomarker for radiotherapy treatment of gastric cancer.
