摘 要:地下室增层施工中掌握既有受力构件内力的变化情况对于控制施工风险至关重要。为了研究截桩施工时引起的下柱次生内力的变化情况,运用经典材料力学理论推导了四桩一柱承台截桩时下柱柱顶内力增量的解析式,并结合工程实例将解析计算结果与实际监测结果进行了对比验证。结果表明:解析式计算结果与实测得到的内力增量变化规律相接近,且计算结果偏保守。因此本文所提出的解析式可用于四桩一柱承台截桩施工过程中内力增量的评估,对该类工程的设计施工具有参考价值。Understanding internal forces variation in basement story-adding construction is critical for controlling potential risks. To study the variation of secondary internal forces of newly constructed lower column generated in process of piles cutting, analytical formulas to calculate the internal force of top cross-section of pile cap having one column supported by four piles are deduced by use of classical theory of material mechanics. Analytical results are compared with measurement results on site which are consistent with each other. The comparison also shows that the analytical results are more conservative. Therefore the analytical formulas can be used to evaluate increments of internal forces of the pile cap in construction and have reference value for design or construction of basement story-adding project.
