摘　　要：目的探究团体心理干预对于消化道肿瘤患者抑郁症状及生存质量的影响,旨在为改善患者心理状态,为提高生存质量提供方案。方法选取我院2016年1月～2017年1月期间收治的110例消化道肿瘤患者,采取随机数法将患者分成对照组和干预组。对照组患者在治疗的同时给予常规的干预方法,干预组患者在对照组患者干预的基础上增加团体心理干预。观察比较两组患者的SAS、SDS、生存质量等数据。结果干预组患者于后测及随访后的SAS评分均低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者于后测及随访后的SDS评分均低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访后干预组患者的生存质量评分数据高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体心理干预能够改善患者的心理状态、提高患者的生存质量,具有重要的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on depressive symptoms and quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal cancer,aiming at improving the psychological state of patients and providing the program for improving the quality of life. Methods 110 cases of digestive tract cancer patients in our hospital were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 and randomly divided into control and intervention groups. In the control group,the patients were treated with routine intervention,and the intervention group increased the group psychological intervention on the basis of the intervention of the control group. The SAS,SDS,quality of life and other data were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of the patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after the follow-up and follow-up.(P<0.05). The data of quality of life of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Group psychological intervention can improve the psychological status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,and has important clinical value.
